  • Winter Day at Black Hills<br /> <br /> Need to improve my nadir shots. Everything else worked out fine. Little Photoshopping fixed the obvious errors in the middle, so don't look at those. Will go back and take this shot another time.

  • Harper's Ferry, WV, from Maryland Heights<br /> <br /> This is a stitched HDR panorama with rectilinear mapping. C&O Canal follows the Potomac River down below. The Potomac is flowing to the left and the Shenandoah River joins it in the middle of the photograph. This is 6155x16244 pixels, multiple shots taken with a 17 mm (of a 17-85 mm zoom) lens. If you were to zoom in, you can see the people walking in the town.<br /> <br /> Been away from the Dailies for awhile, but this is the Daily Photo for 3/21/2012.
